Richard has been working in the real estate and construction world for the past 30 years. While running Alternative Restoration and Construction, Richard owned and operated several high end ocean front vacation rentals in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. From there, he became the operations and maintenance manager for Sandbars in Truro, MA. Richard began a successful real estate investment company in 2017, specializing in value add multifamily investment and residential renovations. Richard is an expert project manager and easily coordinates multiple projects and teams at a time. His trademark still is staying calm and performing best under extreme pressure.
